The health and safety legislative changes in recent years have put a much greater emphasis on companies for the safety of their plant and machinery and the cleanliness of their ductwork systems and we can therefore offer a competitively priced service to ensure all of your units, whether one of our own or another suppliers, are still in their original serviceable conditions, conform to current regulations and are free from damage due to mis-use or neglect.
With your help we can develop a maintenance program specific to your equipment to ensure your air conditioning equipment performs at the optimum design performance.

As part of our service visit we will perform a number of checks including:

1.  Ensure satisfactory operation of access catches and door seals
2.  Inspect unit casing integrity
3.  Inspect fan and motor assembly
4.  Check serviceability of drive guards were fitted
5.  Update or attach warning notices that are required to comply with current regulations
6.  Check function of drain trays
7.  Inspect integrity of filter holding frames
8.  Check internal condition of unit for dirt or debris
9.  Check performance of components for deterioration due to improper maintenance

Please Note! If your unit is currently being maintained by the contractor responsible for the installation, we would recommend that your service be carried out through them.
